This page explains what personal data [Company] collects when you use our website and services, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not skimmed.
1. What we collect
Identity and contact details you give us when opening an account (name, date of birth, address, identity document). Transaction data generated as you use the service. Device and usage data such as IP address, device identifiers and app version. Communications you send us.
2. Why we collect it
To provide the account and cards you asked for; to meet legal obligations including identity verification and anti-money-laundering rules; to detect and prevent fraud; to improve the service; and, with your consent, to tell you about features you have not used yet.
3. Who we share it with
Payment networks and partner banks needed to move your money; identity-verification and fraud-prevention providers; regulators and law enforcement where required; and service providers who process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data.
4. How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account, and afterwards for the period financial regulation requires (typically five to ten years). Data not subject to a retention obligation is deleted within 90 days of account closure.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or ask us to erase your data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time from the app or by contacting us. You can also complain to your national data-protection authority.
